Service Description
An assessment is the first step in your home care physiotherapy journey! It is a comprehensive evaluation conducted by our qualified physiotherapist to understand your condition, mobility, and treatment needs. The assessment can be conducted in our clinic or in the comfort of your own home. Note that for in home sessions additional travel fee's MAY be incurred depending on geographic area. Cancellation Policy
At Orebody Physiotherapy we strive to provide high-quality home care physiotherapy services tailored to your needs. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our booking policy below. Bookings can be made over the phone or email, Appointment confirmation will be provided via SMS/email/call. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellation (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee of $40 Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, insurance and e-transfer. Any outstanding balances must be cleared before next appointment. Our home care physiotherapy services cover the Greater Sudbury area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. Please ensure a safe and accessible environment for the physiotherapist to conduct the session. If a client has any health concerns, they must inform us before the appointment. For urgent appointments , please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Special requests (e.g., specific equipment or extended sessions) should be discussed in advance. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with this policy.
